The Cabo Real project, located in Los Cabos, Baja California Sur, is a residential development spanning 1,100 hectares, including 5.1 kilometers of beach. Surrounded by luxury hotels, a golf course, and recreational areas, it seeks to integrate respectfully with the natural environment, standing out for its focus on sustainability and luxury. Designed for an international audience, primarily from the United States and Canada, Cabo Real combines exclusivity with an active, family-oriented lifestyle. Its architectural program is organized into four key areas: The Entrance, the Beach Club, the Surf Club, and the Golf Clubhouse. Each space is designed to foster social interaction and connection with nature, with amenities that include restaurants, swimming pools, spas, and recreational areas. The design prioritizes sustainable strategies, such as the use of local materials and native vegetation, rainwater harvesting systems, and cross ventilation, ensuring climate comfort and environmental efficiency. Additionally, materials resistant to extreme climates, such as local stone and wood, were selected to integrate visually and functionally with the desert landscape. Cabo Real establishes itself as a project that transcends conventional luxury by balancing exclusivity, sustainability, and integration with its surroundings. This development is a benchmark for quality of life and environmental responsibility, offering its residents a unique experience in contact with nature.
