MXT Holdings is located on the 14th floor of Torre Esmeralda II, in Lomas de Chapultepec, Mexico City, offering panoramic views of Polanco and the Historic Center. Designed between 2019 and 2020, the project integrates functionality, technology, and sustainability in a corporate environment that fosters productivity and well-being. The central concept is the creation of a spacious, organized, and relaxed environment, combining open areas for interaction with private spaces equipped with advanced technology for video conferencing. The interior vegetation, selected for its adaptability to light and ventilation, enhances the work environment by reducing stress and promoting a harmonious setting. The architectural program includes reception, meeting rooms of various sizes, a casual lounge, kitchen and dining area, a network operations center (NOC), an open workspace, storage, and a server room. The space is designed for 120 users, including executives, employees, and clients. The selection of materials and finishes reinforces a professional and contemporary aesthetic, while sustainability strategies include natural lighting, cross ventilation, and automated systems to optimize energy consumption. Additionally, the incorporated plants improve air quality and require minimal maintenance. MXT Holdings balances design, functionality, and environmental responsibility, establishing itself as a model for adaptable, efficient offices aligned with the demands of the modern corporate environment.
