Parque Satélite (2026)
Mexico City, Mexico
29000m2
Parque Satélite, located in Mexico City, is developed on a 7,757 m² plot with gently descending topography and a diverse urban environment. Designed between 2013 and 2016, the project responds to the needs of a middle-income market, combining quality architecture, functionality, and sustainability.
The plot, previously abandoned, has been transformed into a space for urban renewal, integrating green and residential areas. The design takes advantage of the orientation to maximize natural light and ventilation, thereby reducing energy consumption. The distribution of the towers follows the topography of the land and solar studies, ensuring thermal comfort in each unit.
The architectural program includes 133 m² apartments with three bedrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, terrace, and service room, along with amenities such as a gym, multipurpose rooms, a children's playroom, and underground parking.
With a sustainable focus, the project incorporates rainwater harvesting systems, low-impact materials, and passive strategies like cross ventilation and solar control. Additionally, the integration of 5,000 m² of green areas fosters community and well-being, making the central garden the heart of the complex.
The choice of materials balances durability and aesthetics, using concrete, glass, and low-maintenance coatings. More than just a housing development, Parque Satélite revitalizes the urban space and establishes a contemporary, sustainable residential model.
